Appointment Process
Start with a friendly call or online form. We'll send new-patient paperwork ahead of time so your first visit is unhurried — usually 60 to 75 minutes for a full exam, imaging and a plan tailored to you.
Insurance Information
We accept most major PPO plans and will verify benefits before your visit. If we're out of network, we make submitting claims on your behalf simple, so you receive any reimbursement directly.
Payment Options
We accept all major cards, HSA/FSA, and offer flexible financing through CareCredit for larger treatment plans — always with clear pricing shared before treatment begins.
Office Policies
We reserve time specifically for you. A 48-hour notice for changes helps us serve every patient well. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled to maintain our schedule.
